How do we learn?
I think each person has a different learning style and they feel confident enough with it. I group learners in one of Garner´s Multiple Intelligences, we could an answer why people choose a particular way to learn. Some people may enjoy learning just by listening to a teacher, a lecturer, or the radio. Kinestetic ones will prefer on the spot learning which gives them the opportunity to learn and move at the same time. New generations tend to be skillful online learners and progressive teaching seems to be a must today. This type of activity has put the classtoom upside down and it reflects blended learning which in my humble opinion - learners enjoy at their most and are willing to do collaborative, challenging and constructive types of homework.
Although progressive learning is taking over the traditional one, there are some few learners who still prefer other forms of learning.

Activity 1.3
Start the discussion by uploading or linking to a typical image of a learning context on the Learning Contexts Padlet Wall. Think about what a learning context means to you, find a photo or image that reflects this and upload this onto the Padlet Wall. You will see a short introduction on the wall, that shows you how to do this.

Choose another image on the Padlet Wall that interests you and describe it in the discussion forum, outlining why you find it interesting. You could think about the ways the image does (or does not) support learning. You might wish to consider your own preferred ways of learning, plus traditional or non-traditional learning contexts. Post your responses to the Discussion Forum below.
I tried with some Spanish speaking colleagues but we never manage to get together.
- Based on your experience as a learner, what do you think you will be able to get out of this course?
- I will learn quite a lot, keep up-today and refresh some old concepts- I am sure all of this will change my teaching styles for the benefit of my students. My spoken and written English will brush up and I will feel like a brand new teacher!
- And what ideas do you already have about the future of education?
There is a new world behind IT and I hope this will take over all corners of the world.
